RETURN POLICY & SHIPPING

20 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE

At Very BoutiqueyĀ® you come first.Ā  We want you to be happy with your purchase.Ā  If you are not satisfied, we offer you 20 days from the date of purchase to return the merchandise for a refund or online store credit pursuant to the following conditions:

Merchandise must be in its original condition, never worn, altered, washed, dried, or stained.

Merchandise must have the original tags attached to it.

Merchandise must not smell of any odors such as perfumes, creams, cigarette smoke, etc.

We have the right to reject issuing a refund or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet these conditions.Ā  We must be able to put the returned merchandise back on the floor to sell.

Merchandise that cannot be returned, unless received defective or damaged, are:

  • Bathing Suits – Swimwear
  • Under Garments (Panties, Bras, Shapewear, etc.)
  • Discontinued or Marked Down Sale Merchandise is a final sale and cannot be returned.

Original receipt must be enclosed with your return or online order number with a return authorization form.Ā  Click here to complete the form.

You can choose either (1) a refund to the active debit or credit card that you used for the purchase or (2) an online store credit in the form of a Very BoutiqueyĀ® online gift card.

Processing time for refunds back to your debit or credit card varies according to your personal bank.

We cannot issue a refund for return merchandise to a debit or credit card or bank account that has been closed.Ā  If the card you used for the online purchase has since then been closed then, upon approval of the returned merchandise, we can only issue you an online store credit.

If you do not tell us that your card or account is closed and we refund it to that closed card or closed account then it is your responsibility to straighten it out with your bank as the refund would have been processed to that closed card or account and we cannot undo it, your bank must now take care of it.

Purchases paid online by a third-party gift card such as American Express, Visa, etc., also cannot be refunded to that gift card or to any other gift card, debit card, credit card or bank account, we can only issue a store credit in the form of an online Very BoutiqueyĀ® gift card.

If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, we will offer you a choice of a refund or store credit.Ā  Very BoutiqueyĀ® will issue you a prepaid shipping label to return the merchandise.

SHIPPING

All purchases over $250 will receive a $10 online shipping rebate coupon which will be applied to your purchase when checking out.

Shipping is through the United States Postal Service, and you have a choice of Ground, Priority or Express.

Shipping on your initial purchase that you are returning cannot be refunded as the carrier USPS received payment to ship it to you.

Shipping for return merchandise is to be paid by the person returning the merchandise.Ā  We do not pay for return shipping unless you received the merchandise damaged or defective (see return of damaged merchandise below).

RETURN OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If you received damaged or defective merchandise Very BoutiqueyĀ® will issue you a prepaid shipping label to return the merchandise.

We appreciate your business and strive to give you the best customer service while keeping the cost of shipping down as much as we can.
